Yesterday, we had an amazing potential home contact us and they said, "Oh, you're just so perfect!"

And while we love the compliment, there's no such thing as a perfect breeder-- just the breeder who is perfect for you!

We pride ourselves on our kittens-- our Lykoi kittens are super social and outgoing. They are loved from the very beginning and when they go into their new homes, they often take no time at all claiming the place and staking claim on their owner's hearts.

Are we perfect? Nope. We make mistakes just like any other cattery-- the difference is that we are always learning, always trying to do better, do more, help our owners as much as they can. And because we want to support our owners, we seek out homes that are open, communicative and honest in return. Together, we can do it all!

One of my favorite and most important jobs as a breeder is kitten socialization. I always say, I don't understand how breeders fail at this task so frequently.

Around 8 weeks of age, our kittens gain access to the whold house. This way, they are exposed to noises, smells and new experiences. We also ensure to pick up, kiss and cuddle every Lykoi kitten every day.

We enjoy socializing our Lykoi and our owners enjoy the benefits of a sweet, social kitten!
